Dolphins and occasionally seals can be seen from the house on some days. Red Kites and choughs can be seen in the surrounding countryside. Ynys-hir RSPB reserve is about 50 minutes drive away. Explore Tal-y-llyn lake and the Dysynni Valley. Travel on the narrow-guage Tal-y-llyn steam railway.
