Ty Nain sits in the centre of 3 traditional stone terraced cottages, in a quiet lane, on the outskirts of the village of Penrhyndeudraeth.
Just above Penrhyn station, on the world famous, narrow gauge, steam hauled Ffestiniog Railway, and in an elevated position, it has stunning views from the front, over the surrounding Snowdonia and Rhinog mountains and the Dwyryd Estuary, from the head of the Vale of Ffestinog to the coast of Harlech.
From the doorstep are stunning walks through woodlands in the Snowdonia National Park, or down to the beaches of the estuary foreshore. The main part of the village is a few minutes walk away and boasts a selection of inns and shops, and a bakery, post office and bank
