With a pleasant conservatory and garden, a quiet cul-de-sac off the town centre, near to shops, restaurants and takeaways, some excellent fish and chip shops, pubs, caf?, launderette and a splendid church and museum with lots of local history.

<b>Hornsea, contemporary coastal promenade, boat complex is within a 15 minute walk</b>. The Mere which is the largest fresh water lake in the North of England with sailing boats and lots of wildlife, a footpath going all the way round the lake (3 miles, for walkers only) is also a 10 minute walk away. Hornsea has indoor leisure pool and fitness centre, golf and indoor / outdoors bowling, a large natural park with children?s play area and skate park.

Freeport shopping centre and local town bus, Hull, <b>Beverley and Bridlington are only half an hour away, and Scarborough, Filey, York and the Yorkshire Wolds and Lincoln only an hour away by car.</b> Light entertainment is available at the Floral hall most of the time. The tourist information office is in the town centre.
