Description

This attractive holiday home for 2-4 people is a sympathetically converted former stone barn designed with comfort in mind. The Barn is situated to the rear of the owner's house in the Dunmere valley, 2 miles from the centre of Bodmin on the Wadebridge road. The property backs onto the picturesque Dunmere woods, with its lovely river walks, and the Camel Trail, a 17 mile long cycle-way which follows the river Camel from Bodmin Moor to the estuary mouth at Padstow. Situated in central Cornwall, it makes an ideal base for exploring the county. For sun-bathing, surfing and sailing, the string of white sand beaches along the rugged north coast are a must: Polzeath, Padstow, Rock, Trevone and Constantine etc 10-15 miles away. Travel the same distance in the opposite direction and you find the quaint fishing ports of the gentle south coast: Fowey, Looe, Polperro, Polruan and Mevagissey are all within easy striking distance.
