This beautiful former Duchy of Cornwall Farm has 9 luxury cottages sleeping from 2 to 10 persons and is set in the peaceful wooded east Looe valley. Each cottage is centrally heated and fully equipped, most cottages have their own secluded gardens and there is secure parking on site. There are many facilities on site including fishing, tennis, mini golf, badminton and a large games room and fully licensed bar. We have our own railway halt where guests can catch the railcar and enjoy car free days out via The Looe valley line. We have some cottages specially designed for the less able bodied with all accommodation on the ground floor. We are only 3 miles from Looe and its beaches.

This delightful cottage is built on sloping ground and has 'upside down' accommodation, the front door enters into the large kitchen, an open doorway leads to the sitting/dining room, a cloakroom with toilet and basin opens out of the kitchen, the living room, with the original beamed ceiling and has fine views over woodland, the 2 bedrooms - one with double bed and a family room with double bed and 3ft bunks - are downstairs, the bathroom is downstairs and a door at this level leads to the enclosed garden and patio.
