Ardevora is a rural idyll perfectly situated on the upper reaches of the River Fal in the heart of the Roseland Peninsula. Although wonderfully remote and peaceful (accessed by a one mile farm track) the cottages are ideally positioned to visit the beaches and villages of the Roseland as well as Cornwall’s many other attractions. Ardevora Cottages are within the grounds of Ardevora Mill. Beautifully renovated and appointed to the highest standard they offer every possible home comfort. The location combined with the atmosphere makes them the perfect retreat to do as little or as much as you choose. Tastefully furnished to a high specification, Ardevora an Gylen comprises: Hall. Lounge, with large sofa bed, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. Wet room including shower, WC and hand basin. Master bedroom with twin beds. Patio and grassed area at rear. Please note: although a ground floor cottage there is a step to the front and rear doors. A refundable security deposit of £75 is payable with the balance. An additional charge of £50 to £150 will be made for 3+ guests. Please note if booking online, only the 2 person price is shown on the calender, the additional charge for 3+ guests will be payable direct to the cottage owner.
