Courtmoor Farm is set in 17 acres of gardens, grounds and woodlands only 4 miles from Honiton. The driveway which is 1/3 mile long is accessed from the A30 road. It is in an idyllic position with breathtaking views of the Otter Valley. The village of Upottery has a church and a pub (the Sidmouth Arms) and is a five minute drive. All guests are encouraged to make use of the grounds and facilities available. Courtmoor Farm is ideally placed for moor or coast and provides an ideal base for exploring. There is a fitness suite and four person sauna which is open daily and free to guests. Only guests over the age of 16 can use the exercise equipment. There is a children’s play area. A barbecue is available for hire. ETC 4 Star rated. 3rd of the weekly price due with the booking, remainder balance due 4 weeks before arrival
