Courtmoor Farm is set in 17 acres of gardens, grounds and woodlands only 4 miles from Honiton. The driveway which is 1/3 mile long is accessed from the A30 road. It is in an idyllic position with breathtaking views of the Otter Valley. The village of Upottery has a church and a pub (the Sidmouth Arms) and is a five minute drive. All guests are encouraged to make use of the grounds and facilities available. Courtmoor Farm is ideally placed for moor or coast and provides an ideal base for exploring. There is a fitness suite and four person sauna which is open daily and free to guests. Only guests over the age of 16 can use the exercise equipment. There is a children’s play area. Two-storey terraced cottage with two bedrooms upstairs - one double-bedded one twin-bedded (can also be a 6ft super king sized bed). There are two shower rooms (one en suite) toilet and wash basin.
