Centrally situated for Totnes Dartmoor and the coast, our beautiful stone cottage is set in its own south facing garden next to the owners' property. In a peaceful location with woodland walking from the doorstep, a bird watchers paradise, miles of quiet lanes for easy cycling. Walk the 0.75 miles to the Monks Retreat, an excellent 15th Century Inn with fabulous food. In a superb location but less than 4 miles from the fascinating historical towns of Totnes and Ashburton. We keep Dartmoor ponies and rare breed poultry on our 2 acres. Ideal for two families as there is a family unit of double room, twin room and bathroom and a separate double room and bathroom. B&B available in main house.
