Two properties, in a beautifully sheltered and secluded spot in the Upper Tamar Valley, near the Eden project, Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, half an hour from the coast. Set in grounds of 13 acres, with an outdoor heated swimming pool (34'x16'), gamesroom (pool, table-tennis, darts). A small lake has a boat.
