Situated in the pretty, thatched villlage of Petrockstowe, this two bedroomed detached cottage is luxury itself, with oak and slate flooring, solid oak furnishings, underfloor heating and woodburner for breaks taken during the chillier months of the year and whirlpool bath in the main bathroom to gently massage you after the days exertions.

The cottage enjoys a secluded, peaceful position down a private lane, with stunning views over the wooded valley. The cottage's private garden consists of gravelled, paved and lawned terraces and has its own barbeque area. The village pub is a five minute walk and serves meals and cream teas etc.

The Tarka Trail, ideal for walking and cycling, runs through the village. R.H.S. Rosemoor, with its 10 acres of beautiful gardens, is a 10 minute drive. Dartmoor is 20 minutes away and the "sand+surf" beach of Westward Ho! is 14 miles away and Bude is easily accessible. Torrington is 6 miles and Bideford is 11 miles
