Description

A modern detached south west facing spacious bungalow situated between the historic market town of Bridport, West Bay Harbour with its beaches, Chesil Beach and the Dorset Coastal Path; just a 10 min walk from the Jurassic Coast - Englands first natural World Heritage Site. The accommodation consists of a good sized lounge/diner, 2 bedrooms both with vanity unit and toilet (1 Double & 1 Twin), bathroom which includes an over bath power shower, kitchen/breakfast room, utility room including washing machine and tumble dryer. All rooms have thermostatically controlled radiators. Outside parking for 2 cars, small rear garden (a nice sun trap) and front garden. Bridport is a 10-12 min level walk and the sea an 8-10 min level walk, the bungalow is an ideal base from which to explore Dorset, East Devon and South Somerset. The owners receive guests and live only 100 yds away - so are on hand if required.
