Mimosa is a tastefully furnished Victorian end of terrace with fabulous sea views, a few moments walk from Chesil beach on Dorset's World Heritage "Jurassic Coast". The isle of Portland is a delight to walkers, bird watchers and water sports enthusiasts. On your doorstep are the renowned Sailing Academy, and Weymouth and Portland harbours, the chosen destination for the sailing competitions in London's 2012 Olympics. Local shops are a short walk away with the Georgian seaside resort of Weymouth and its award winning town beach and other attractions a short drive to the "mainland". A wonderful base from which to explore the lovely beaches, villages, pubs, castles, country homes and museums of South West Dorset.
