Explore the many castles (including Dolwyddelan), slate caverns, steam railways, historic houses and gardens of the area. Beautiful sandy beaches are a short drive away at Harlech and black rock sands. Golf courses at Harlech, Porthmadog, Betws-y-coed, Conwy, Llandudno. Restaurants and tourist shops at nearby Betws-y-coed (4 miles). Arvon Cottage is recently renovated with double glazing, exposed beams, multi fuel stove, open tread staircase and with a well equipped kitchen. Arvon Cottage offers one double room and one twin room, shower room with handbasin, seperate wc with handbasin, lounge, seperate dining room and kitchen.
