The cottage, part of a stone barn conversion, stands in the landscaped grounds of 16th Century Kenegie Manor overlooking Mounts Bay and Penzance. Arranged on 3 levels the cottage enjoys panoramic views over the Rosemorran Valley from the lounge and all three bedrooms. There is parking for one vehicle at the front of the property and more in the main car park. The cottage is ideally situated being only a mile from Penzance, with its wide variety of shops and restaurants and a similar distance from the sandy beaches of Marazion and St Michaels Mount. A little further afield is Sennen Cove, popular with surfers and St Ives with its picturesque harbour and the new Tate Gallery. The village of Gulval is only half a mile away, the shortest route being by the footpath opposite the Manor's main entrance. The village has a post office, church and the Coldstreamer inn with lunch and evening menu.
