Glyn Saron has a secure courtyard garden with a shed, loungers and patio furniture. Glyn Saron consists of a large kitchen/diner fitted with modern appliances. It has three bedrooms, one double and a room with bunk beds and a twin beded room. The village of Bryncrug is ideally situated whatever holiday you want. For those with families great sandy beaches can be found in Tywyn or Aberdovey. If cycling is for you then there are many great places to ride. Walk the mountain of Cader Idris, ride the Talyllyn train, plus lots more things to see and do. Walk over Barmouth Bridge and enjoy the Mawddach Estuary, then explore Barmouth, have tea at Davey Jones Locker. For those not so acitive, the flat & effortless Mawddach Trail, featured in Julia Bradbury's 'Great Railway Walks' program is accessible to everyone, and takes you on a journey along one of the UK's most spectacular estuaries, briming with wildlife. The Bearded Lake above Abedovey, mystical place of legends, with amazing views of the Dovey Estuary. The Dysynni River and reed beds. A wild life haven for, geese, ducks and herons. Fishing with a permit. Bird Rock, 500yrs ago the sea came up to the rock, but the Cormorant still breed here. Look out for the ruined Iron Age fort near the top. Dolgoch Falls, spectacular waterfalls and woodland walk, look out for the fairies and witches. Just a few miles around the stunning Talyllyn Lake is the world renowned 'Centre for Alternative Technology' or (CAT) which is a fascinating place to visit and learn. Close to (CAT) is The Corris Craft Centre and King Arthurs Labyrinth, another 'must visit' place.
