The cottage has extensive gardens for you to explore between the leat and the river and up the wooded valley behind the Mill-house - about 5 acres in all. There is abundant wildlife to watch - foxes, deer and badgers, sometimes otters. Buzzards, ravens, sparrow-hawks and dippers, kingfishers, goldfinches and multitudes of tits and chaffinches fly about, whilst in season the air is loud with birdsong. Secluded but easy access 1 mile Dunsford village, shops, garage. Good pubs/food nearby. 10 mins from fishing/golf, 30 mins seaside/riding,walking locally/ Dartmoor, National Trust Houses/Gardens. The property offers a living/dining room with a fitted kitchen area, 2 twin bedrooms on upper level, bathroom with shower over bath.
