A delightful, detached, stone built, farmhouse which is located on the outskirts of the picturesque Nantlle Valley and set in a private, bird-filled garden in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. The comfortable, well-equipped house has many features, which include a vaulted ceiling, inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove, a new kitchen and full central heating. The cottage has five bedrooms (three doubles, one single and one with three single beds), three of which are on the ground floor and two upstairs. There is a large, comfortable lounge with a separate dining area and a main bathroom with a separate bath and shower (also on the ground floor). There is also a separate toilet and sink. The garden has a trampoline and a playhouse and there is a new patio area for BBQs. The cottage has wireless broadband. Close to both the mountains and the sea, the area is superb walking, climbing and beach country. You can walk from the gate and explore the famous Nantlle Ridge or the equally well-known Dorothea Slate Quarry. You are also within easy access of Snowdon, Caernarfon Castle (9 miles), Portmeirion, Dinas Dinlle beach (7 miles) and Anglesey. Price includes bedlinen, towels and electricity. There is an additional charge for the central heating. The cottage is available twelve months of the year and is flexible regarding short breaks and change over days.
