The Hayloft, converted from a traditional limestone threshing barn, is a luxurious holiday home with four-poster bed, Jacuzzi bath and games room. It blends original beams and limestone with contemporary natural materials, all beautifully draped in Sanderson and Laura Ashley fabrics. Located in Allithwaite, in the stunning Cartmel Peninsula, it is only 8 miles from Lake Windermere and a scenic lakeside run from Bowness-on-Windermere and the heart of the Lakes. Alternatively, walk to Cartmel and its famous Priory, east to Edwardian resort Grange-over-Sands or west to award-winning Holker Hall. All this and a pub with open fire down the road! This property comprises a four-poster double bedroom on ground floor level, a double room and a triple bunk room (single & small double) also a sofa bed in the lounge on the first floor.There is a downstairs shower room and toilet, and an upstairs bathroom with a jacuzzi corner bath.Downstairs there is an open plan dining room and kitchen and also a garden room with seating. Upstairs there is the lounge with stunning views. Pets are welcome at £10 per pet downstairs only. (Sleeps 7 plus 2) £50 refundable security deposit.
