It is set in spacious grounds in the heart of East Anglia on the Norfolk/Suffolk borders. The leisure facilities consist of an indoor heated swimming pool, a full-size snooker table and games room with pool table, tennis tables, and a library. Riding, tennis, fishing, and golf can be arranged and there is a massage salon on the premises. One can make interesting excursions in any direction, North to Norwich, Sandringham and The Broads; East to the coast for bird watching and walking at Walberswick, Dunwich & Minsmere or for music at Snape; South to Constable country and West to the Brecklands, Newmarket and Cambridge.
