It has easy access to footpaths and lots of bird life. Sunnyside is 3 miles from the market town of Fakenham. Within easy reach of the cottage are Walsingham and Sandringham, there are also National Trust properties to be visited in the area as well as RSPB reserves, Norwich, Broadland and miles of Norfolk coastline.
