The Cottage at Rowans is a welcoming, well appointed, centrally heated and spacious ground floor barn conversion. Set amidst the countryside of SW Suffolk it also enjoys extensive views. Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Sudbury and Saffron Walden are all about 25 minutes drive, whilst Long Melford and Lavenham are a little further. The owners house is adjacent to the cottage. An 18 hole golf course lies to the SW of the property, the club house is approximately 800 metres away. Walking, riding and antique hunting are all within easy reach and interesting walks to the Stour Valley on your doorstep. Several local pubs, and the golf course provide evening meals and lunches most days. Vaulted ceilings and high beams!
