It is located in the small village of Foxley which lies between Norwich and Fakeham and is an ideal location for touring Norfolk. On the edge of the village is Foxley wood, a five minute walk, which is the largest ancient woodland in Norfolk. There is a pub and a well stocked village store in Bawdeswell nearby, Fakeham with its auctions and market, is 9 miles away. Wells next the sea, Blakeney Point, Burnham Market, Holkham are a 20 minute drive away as well as the Broads and Sandringham
