In a quiet location just minutes from the centre of Ballater, Royal Deeside in the Cairngorms National Park, these delightful cottages have breathtaking views across the River Dee and the mountains beyond. Dating back to 1760 the cottages have been carefully converted and now offer warm and welcoming holiday accommodation for all seasons. Royal Deeside has long been popular as a holiday destination and offers much in the way of scenic beauty, wildlife and outdoor activities including walking, climbing, riding, gliding, fishing and winter sports at Glenshee and the Lecht ski areas. Balmoral Castle and many other historic buildings are nearby and this is the ideal base for touring the Whisky and Castle trails as well as the Cairngorm National Park. Ballater has shops, hotels and an excellent gold course.
