Overtoun Farm Cottage is situated on the farm road of a working dairy farm. Our farm is situated just off the B743, only 2.5 miles from Mauchline, the home of Robert Burns. Mauchline is situated 10 miles from the bustling coastal town of Ayr and is 8 miles south of Kilmarnock on the A76. There are plenty of attractions including Culzean Castle, Loudoun Castle Theme Park, and a plethora of leisure activities Ayrshire is a lovely unspoiled area in the South West of Scotland. Home to some spectacular scenery and magnificent coastlines, Ayrshire also boasts literally dozens of golf courses, walking and cycling routes and access to some fabulous fishing areas. Overtoun provides an excellent base for visiting other areas of Scotland.
