A charming bijou fisherman's cottage dating back to 1790, set in historical conservation area of Deal, a short walk from the town centre and minutes from the sea. It offers luxurious, cosy accommodation for couples all year round including Christmas and New Year. Deal offers an unspoilt seafront, good high street shops, fine restaurants, golf courses (incidently, Golf Pro Lee Westwood stayed at Shrimp Cottage during the 2003 Open Golf Championship at The Royal St Georges at Sandwich), fishing off the pier or beach, Deal, Dover and Walmer castles, and many fine sandy beaches. The cottage is near Dover port for day trips to Calais for shopping or sightseeing. approx 2 hours from London come and chill out and relax in a genuine fisherman's cottage
