This beautiful 16th century thatched cottage is situated on the edge of the village of Ebbesbourne Wake in the Cranborne Chase and West Dorset Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It nestles beneath a hill, surrounded by a large sunny garden with plenty of trees. Inside the thick cob walls it is warm and comfortable with old beams and an inglenook fireplace with a woodburner. The cottage is completely secluded, although it is only about 300 metres to the village centre with its church and pub. The countryside is hilly, there are plenty of local walks and Salisbury, Shaftesbury, Stonehenge and Longleat are nearby
