Built in the 19th Century, Kinsley Villa is a hub for walking opportunities. Kinsley Woods & the Shropshire Way are in front of the cottage. Offa's Dyke is within 800 metres of the cottage and there are many other trails to explore including Glyndwr’s Way and the Shropshire Way. Knighton itself is a medieval border town, with shops, pubs and restaurants. It is situated amongst spectacular scenery in the upper valley of the River Teme. Knighton is an ideal base for exploring Mid-Wales and 'The Marches'. The Elan Valley is short drive away; Ludlow has remarkable eating places or visit Hereford or Hay-on-Wye.
