There are three pubs, general store and post office all within walking distance and footpaths cross the area. Close to the three peaks of Ingleborough, Whernside and Pen-y-Ghent this part of England offers some of the very best walking, climbing, cycling and caving to be had. These superbly appointed cottages make first class holiday homes for discovering the Yorkshire Dales, Lake District, Forest of Bowland and West Coast resorts.
