45 East End was built around 1835 and is situated in the pretty village of Walkington. Beverley, with it's gothic minster and famous racecourse is 5 minutes drive away. It is a 30 minute drive to the coast and 60 minutes from York. The cottage is situated on the main street near the pond, 3 pubs and village shop. There is also a play area and playing fields nearby.
