Description

A detached 18th century grade 2 listed thatched cottage, built in the traditional Lincolnshire 'Mud and Stud' construction, with a large enclosed garden. Sarra Cottage is situated one mile from the beach and town centre. There are a number of fishing lakes nearby and sea fishing, kiting and sand surfing on the beach is very popular. Beach motor cycle sand racing is a regular summer event.

A 400 year old detached 16th century Grade 2 listed thatched cottage with easy access to the beach less than 1 mile away.

The property can sleep 4 to 6 people and has full gas central heating, a 100 foot (30 metre) fully enclosed rear garden, separate bath and shower with hand basin and toilet. Living room and separate kitchen and dining room, two double bedrooms one which can be accessed from the rear garden and has a toilet and hand basin.

The summer house has a double bed settee which can sleep a further 2.
