Rosa’s cottage is situated on a working farm, half a mile from the village of Thixendale on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds. It is a one bed roomed cottage with en-suite, lounge, kitchen. Open all year round. Ideally suited for walkers or sightseers, close to Castle Howard with easy access to York, Scarborough, Malton, Pickering and Beverley. The Wolds Way runs through the farm, offering peaceful walking, exploring miles of well marked footpaths and outstanding scenery. Only half an hours drive from the Yorkshire Moors and the East Coast, with good access to many country pubs and restaurants.
