The Well House Stables were converted in 2005 and offer two bedroom level access accommodation, which is set in a half acre of garden. The stables have some lovely features throughout the property with vaulted ceilings, beams and a stunning fireplace. It also has modern appliances and is set in a beautiful and very quiet rural village, only 12 miles from the City of York. Situated on the edge of the Derwent Ings nature reserve which is renowned for beautiful walks, bird watching and course fishing. Within the area there are over 5 pay and play golf courses only 20 minutes drive from the Stables, some good local pubs for food.
